Please be aware that some items may take up to six business days to arrive, as not all products are stocked at every warehouse. For instance, items from our Niles or Michigan warehouses may not reach Los Angeles, California within two days.

Can I get a discount on shipping?
Unfortunately, no. You have to bear the shipping charges. However, you are eligible for free shipping through the standard shipping method if your order is above $129.
Do you ship to the non-continental United States?
Yes, we offer shipping to all non-continental United States (APO/FPO/DPO, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico). You need to have a minimum shopping cart balance of $249 to process your orders. To find out more about shipping to the non-continental US, visit our shipping information page.
How Does Your Free Shipping Work?
We offer free shipping across the United States when your total cart value is $149 or more. We do not offer free shipping outside the United States and the minimum cart value for your orders to be processed (outside the US) is $249.
What is the cost of shipping?
We use the most current version of UPS on-Line tools to calculate the shipping cost. Costs depend on our stock and location of the warehouse where your selected items are available. Your order will be shipped from one of our warehouses whichever is nearest to you.
What is the shipping carrier we use?
All of our orders are delivered to you through UPS ground. For shipping to the Non-Continental United States, including the Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other Military PO Boxes, we use USPS (Priority & Express).

Free shipping at $129 is not applicable on orders being shipped to the non-continental United States and Military PO Boxes including APO & FPO. Also, to have your shipment delivered to the aforementioned states, the minimum order placement should be $249.
Mill Ship SKU:
Due to logistics challenges and high order volumes at our manufacturers’ mills, shipping your order the same day is not possible for us sometimes. Please keep an extra day to allow the mills to ship your orders with the preferred shipping option when you order Mill Ship SKU.
Standard Shipping:
Over 85% of our shipments are delivered within 1 – 2 business days. Sometimes, due to heavy order rush or unavailability of certain products at your closest warehouse, it might take up to seven business days to deliver your shipment.
Shipping Options:
Qualitydrive offers several shipping options that include Ground, 3 days, 2 days and next-day shipments.
Back Orders:
Qualitydrive will notify you if the required item is on backorder at the time of order placement. You can then decide whether you want to proceed with the rest of your order or wish to wait for your backorder item to be in stock again. If you want to continue with the back ordered product, we will ship the item as soon as it is available and charge you only when your complete order is fulfilled.
Check Your Order Status:
You will receive a UPS tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Give us a call at 1-(240) 673-3376 if your shipment does not reach you in 3 - 4 business days or if the UPS link provided is not working and you are having trouble tracking your parcel.
